Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our team. As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing supervisory support to our Care Managers, ensuring the highest quality of care and services are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide supervisory support to Care Managers, including attendance management, call-off management, and shift requests.
- Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents, including bathing, grooming, and personal care.
- Encourage resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs.
- Assist with meal service and coach team members on hospitality standards.
- Accurately document care and services provided to residents and review care manager documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with Care Managers, Community Managers, residents, and family members.
- Medication Management Certificate required.
- Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
- Demonstrates leadership competencies, including delegation, decision-making, and problem-solving.
