Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain piping systems for gas, water, sewer, air, and other fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including steam and hot water boilers, swimming pool and chlorination systems, and gas-fired equipment.
  • Winterize plumbing and pool systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate equipment such as pipe threaders and sewer augers to maintain piping systems.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Cedar Fair's safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to supervision.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 51 pounds or more with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull wheeled devices such as dollies or carts.
  • Journeyman plumber certification in the plumbers union.
  • City of Sandusky plumbing license.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and vacation periods.
  • Pass a mandatory or random drug test, per Company policy.
  • Pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, per Company policy.
