**Job Summary**

This is a full-time position that involves providing exceptional customer service to our guests and owners. You will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are clean and well-maintained, and that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and owners* Ensure that properties are clean and well-maintained* Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns* Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals* Maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and owners* Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required* 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods* Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
