Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled nurse with experience in telemetry monitoring and cardiac care. As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients within appropriate time frames, utilizing skills of observation, communication, and examination.
  • Plan individualized patient care, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnoses, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes.
  • Function independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to areas, adhering to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment.
  • Handle, transport, store, prepare, and administer medications/solutions safely and in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Document accurately and timely.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of a diploma or degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensure in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic arrhythmia certification within 6 months of hire.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and more.
