We are seeking compassionate and reliable CNA's to join our dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve by providing the Right Care, and we deliver this brand promise each and every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, and preparing meals and snacks.
  • Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping activities.
  • Perform patient-specific activities, such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises.
Preferred Experience:
  • Hoyer lift experience
  • Personal care experience
  • Range of motion exercises experience
  • Foley care experience
  • Companionship experience
  • Light cleaning experience
Compensation:

$13.00 per hour
