Key Responsibilities:
Your role as a Transportation Manager will encompass:
  • Establishing objectives and overseeing the execution of both short-term and long-term strategies as part of the annual business plan.
  • Enhancing team capabilities through effective supervision, coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Overseeing project scope, timelines, technical specifications, contractual commitments, client interactions, staffing, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Fostering and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Providing support to colleagues on transportation-related initiatives.
  • Assisting in identifying staffing requirements, recruiting, and maintaining a skilled workforce.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project leadership and staff management.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for professional development and project-related activities.
