Job Summary
Pain management specialist at Corewell Health will be responsible for providing acupuncture to patients to alleviate their pain, physical and emotional issues, and promote wellbeing. The practitioner will work within the department's goals and procedures. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic system of healing which has diagnosed, treated, and prevented illness for over 3000 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient's condition and determine appropriate treatment plan.
  • Communicate procedures and plan of care to the patient prior to the session.
  • Monitor feedback from the patient throughout the session.
  • Coordinate and assist in preparing patients for acupuncture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Acupuncturist skills and competencies evaluated by hiring manager.
  • CRT-Specialty Certification - Women's Health Upon Hire.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a medical environment.
