Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments and create customized treatment plans.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques to address communication and swallowing issues.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers.
- Track patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the therapy process.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current SLP license in California.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
