Job Description

As a Medical Professional - Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive patient care services, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Flow Management: Ensure efficient patient flow within the office setting, coordinating with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Clinical Support: Provide clinical support services, including performing routine testing, interpreting results, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Medical Professional - Patient Care Specialist, you must possess:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
