Job Title: Vault Teller/Backup CSR

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is seeking a skilled Vault Teller/Backup CSR to join our team at the Meadow St. Office in Littleton. As a Vault Teller, you will be responsible for performing a variety of teller functions, including processing customer transactions, managing vault transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions efficiently while providing superior customer service
  • Cross-sell financial institution products and services
  • May perform backup customer service duties: Opens all types of new accounts, manages changes to all types of existing accounts, and counsels customers on terms and changes of ownership
  • Accept consumer loan applications and corresponds with applicant for credit decision
  • Provide account services to customers, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and selling cashiers checks
  • Orders cash for the branch and works with the manager to keep branch cash levels at or below the branch limit
  • Follows bank's security procedures to ensure security of cash
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
  • Cash handling experience
  • Attention to detail
