As a vital part of our culinary team, you will play a key role in delivering personalized food and beverage experiences. Your creativity and skill in preparing high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients will enhance the culinary offerings that our members and guests cherish.
Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Creating innovative and high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
- Utilizing a farm-to-table approach to ensure the freshest ingredients are used in all preparations.
- Demonstrating expertise in various cooking techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputable independent or resort restaurant.
- Graduation from a culinary arts program is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recipes and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with a variety of cooking tools and equipment.
- A passion for farm-to-table food preparation.
Key Requirements
- Ability to craft personalized food and beverage offerings.

- Consistent application of culinary knowledge in daily tasks.

Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from $27.20 to $32.00.
