Develop Your Skills in Customer Service Management

Compensation: $27 per hour

Location: Pennsylvania Branch, Allentown, PA

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service management at our state-of-the-art call center. As a Customer Service Management Trainee, you will be empowered to develop and lead a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mastery of customer service management through comprehensive training and on-the-job experience.
  • Development and leadership of a team of customer service representatives, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Review and improvement of department procedures and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and feedback skills.
  • Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Prior leadership or management experience is highly valued.
