OptiMindHealth is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including psychotherapy and medication evaluation and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individual service plans for new and existing clients.
- Provide therapy, medication assessments, and on-going medication management services.
- Consult with patients and families, as well as other clinical care team members, as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, including service plans, progress notes, and medication informed consent.
- Licensure in Colorado as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
