Market of Choice Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our bakery team at Market of Choice in South Eugene. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes using various techniques, delivering wedding and specialty cakes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Decorate cakes using various techniques, including fondant, gold leaf, and gum paste
  • Deliver wedding and specialty cakes to customers
  • Assemble pastries and other baked goods as needed
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Provide professional and courteous communication to customers, employees, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate store records and perform general cleaning duties
Requirements:
  • Previous professional cake decorating experience
  • Open availability and flexibility to work varying shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
