Job Summary

We're seeking a Package Delivery Driver to join our team of professionals who deliver packages great and small to customers across the country. As a Package Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for driving our familiar brown trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive our brown trucks to deliver packages to customers, adhering to UPS's appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.
  • Lift up to 70 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service and driving skills.
  • Pass the DOT physical and maintain a valid driver's license—no CDL required (License type varies by state).
  • Comply with UPS's appearance guidelines, wear the company-provided uniform, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

We provide an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:

*This is a seasonal role, a great place to start at UPS, and it might even lead to a permanent role that offers even more advantages and benefits. Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
