About the Role

The Service Operations Director will be responsible for managing branch profit and loss for Parts and Service, communicating daily with Sales Manager and Equipment Manager to resolve outstanding internal issues, and working with Corporate Parts and Service leadership to develop annual Parts sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage branch profit and loss for Parts and Service
  • Communicate daily with Sales Manager and Equipment Manager
  • Work with Corporate Parts and Service leadership to develop annual Parts sales goals
  • Maximize use of corporate inventory investment
  • Meet market expectations for delivery and product or services
  • In conjunction with Corporate Parts and Service leadership, develop and manage branch Product Support expense budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Prepare accurate and timely branch monthly reports
  • Manage daily branch Product Support operations

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or ten years' experience in construction equipment industry
  • Strong organizational, leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work with customers, motivate employees and work with internal departments to achieve desired results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
