Job Summary

Mental Health Resources seeks a highly skilled and experienced Multisystemic Therapist to manage, coordinate, and provide clinical oversight to our MST program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality MST services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of MST teams, ensuring adherence to MST principles and analytic processes.
  • Conduct weekly group supervision and training to enhance clinician competency and implementation of interventions.
  • Provide individual supervision to target clinician competency needs and remove barriers to effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and community engagement.
  • Manage intake, triage, and initial assessments of MST referrals in consultation with the clinical director.
  • Generate and manage case referrals, as well as clinician caseloads.
  • Represent the agency in a professional manner within respective communities.
  • Monitor and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
  • Deliver MST to a caseload of 1-2 families, as required to address program needs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensure in NM as an LMHC or LMSW.
  • Previous experience with MST is preferred but not required.
