As a representative of Mondelēz International, you will work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays. You will carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps and ensure our leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps.
- Ensure our leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz International in store.
- Hourly compensation of $17.00.

- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations and have mileage reimbursed.
- Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Have previous retail or grocery experience, although not required.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Coeur d'Alene, ID, or secondary locations in Post Falls, ID.
- Be available to work weekends for 8-12 hours per week.
