Your role is vital. Each position contributes significantly to the quality of care we provide to our patients, and we are looking for a dedicated Armed Security Officer PRN to enhance our team.

Role Responsibilities

As an Armed Security Officer PRN, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of the facility, including the emergency department and surrounding areas.
  • Providing assistance to patients, visitors, and staff, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Responding to emergency situations and coordinating communication between the hospital and law enforcement.
  • Documenting incidents and daily activities as required.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Current certification from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCLOE).
  • A valid license to carry a firearm.
  • Relevant experience as a Police Officer.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
