Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and schedule service appointments in a timely and professional manner
- Record customer vehicle concerns and translate them into actionable repair orders
- Write detailed descriptions of problems and repairs, ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers
- Estimate repair costs and times, providing customers with clear and concise information
- Sell necessary parts and services, meeting sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Closing repair orders and ensuring customer satisfaction
1 year of relevant Service Advisor experience is highly preferred
