We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 7-9 years of experience in a high-capacity manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as experience with automated equipment and strong trouble-shooting skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are also essential.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to evaluate equipment, create maintenance procedures, suggest improvements for tool sets, and implement upgrades to machines. They will also be responsible for ensuring proper LOTO compliance and assisting with manufacturing when required.

Requirements
Key qualifications include good attendance, initiative, and a willingness to help. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to complete tasks within standard times with minimum supervision are also necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with flexibility regarding changing shifts or schedules.
