Morning Buffet Ambassador

We're seeking an exceptional team member to fill the role of Morning Buffet Ambassador at SpringHill Suites. As a key player in delivering a memorable dining experience, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning, ensuring that all stations are well-stocked with fresh fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the dining area.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Morning Buffet Ambassador will include:

• Providing attentive service to guests by taking orders and serving food and drinks in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Addressing visitor questions and requests efficiently, while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sanitizing and maintaining the cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and emptying trash as needed.
• Ensuring that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning, with a focus on offering fresh items throughout service hours.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A strong focus on putting the guest first, with exceptional customer service experience.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diners and coworkers.
• A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is a minimum requirement.
• Experience working in food service is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
