Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service Management: Oversee all aspects of food service, including ordering, preparing, and serving meals to our pediatric patients.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food service areas are clean and well-maintained, and that all food is prepared and served in accordance with health department regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with regulatory officials to ensure that our food service operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a food service position, preferably in a pediatric or healthcare setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; food service training or certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Current food service certifications, including CPR and TB testing.
