Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity in Richland, Washington

Reliant - Richland Rehab - NSS is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a travel contract opportunity in Richland, Washington. As an SLP in this role, you will work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, managing treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on speech and language skills

Requirements:

  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • 1+ year of experience in an SNF setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
