Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
  • Operate conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts according to physician specifications and/or orders.
  • Monitor patient response to procedure, maintain sterile field, and interpret and evaluate diagnostic data to be utilized by the physician.
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
  • Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Requirements
  • Current License in good standing.
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
  • Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.
