Job Overview:

  • Location: On-site only
  • Workload: 45-50 patients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions to address speech and language goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Track and document patient progress diligently, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and support.
  • Provide education and support to families involved, empowering them to advocate for their loved ones.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or eligibility in the state of Washington.
  • Preferably Certified in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
