Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, implement, and monitor medication-related therapies to ensure safe and effective use of medications

  • Provide education to patients, providers, and clinic staff on medication therapy and safe medication use
  • Comply with state and federal drug laws and regulations
  • Participate in research and development of collaborative drug therapy management agreements related to psychiatric care
Requirements
  • Pharmacist licensure in good standing
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate residency training, preferably in psychiatric care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic to intermediate experience with electronic medical records systems and MS Office
