About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative healthcare environment, where you will have the autonomy to make medical decisions and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services to adult patients. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations and examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans to address the complex needs of patients with wounds.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients with complex wounds, including those with chronic, acute, critical, and chronic health conditions.
- Assess patients' ability to navigate the healthcare continuum and identify potential barriers to timely and appropriate healthcare.
- Develop plans of care to overcome these barriers and ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for patients, families, and staff.
