Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 per year.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing senior-level operational expertise in conducting advanced all-source analysis, synthesizing intelligence from various classified and unclassified sources to deliver comprehensive assessments of complex national security threats, risks, and trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing contemporary national IC databases, leading multi-source analytical efforts, interpreting and forecasting both regional and functional developments, identifying emerging threats, and shaping decision-making at strategic and tactical levels within defense and intelligence communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting advanced all-source analysis to deliver comprehensive assessments of complex national security threats, risks, and trends.
  • Leading multi-source analytical efforts to interpret and forecast regional and functional developments.
  • Identifying emerging threats and shaping decision-making at strategic and tactical levels within defense and intelligence communities.
  • Directing the collection, organization, and structuring of operational mission data to ensure the development and execution of precise short- and long-term operational calendars.
  • Overseeing the production and dissemination of weekly intelligence briefs and updates, ensuring leadership is informed of the status of ongoing operations, upcoming activities, and future mission schedules.
  • Compiling and presenting quarterly reports to senior leadership, assessing current resource levels, identifying gaps, and providing forecasts to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field and 12 years' relevant experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or
  • A Bachelor's degree and 17 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduation from an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
  • All source intelligence analyst experience utilizing contemporary national IC databases is required.
