Job Overview

Position Summary

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring the reliable and effective functioning of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, in addition to foundry casting machinery, facilities, and grounds. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards within your team while engaging in hands-on maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of electricians, mechanics, and maintenance staff to uphold safe and efficient operational practices.
  • Collaborate with team members on maintenance projects while coordinating with planners, suppliers, and vendors for repairs and scheduled upkeep.
  • Maintain and review preventive maintenance records and checklists, ensuring timely resolution of action items.
  • Track production equipment performance and efficiency, working with fellow supervisors to implement enhancements.
  • Provide training and certification for employees on essential functions, emphasizing safety protocols to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace incidents and injuries, compiling comprehensive reports on findings.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations at both state and federal levels, manage waste disposal, and handle administrative duties such as report generation and budget approvals.

Qualifications

Associate degree required.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Compensation: $100K - $120K
