About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at First Watch Restaurants, Inc. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our servers and hosts in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for our guests.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to ensure seamless table management and minimize wait times.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including rolling silverware, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, such as restocking condiments, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus.
