Job Title: Site Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Actalent is seeking a highly experienced Site Superintendent to lead our data center construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee site logistics, including labor management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, working closely with our Safety Director to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Direct and coordinate the work of project staff, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field construction supervision as a superintendent.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required.
  • 2+ years of experience on data centers or heavy electrical/M&E experience.
  • Professional Procore experience.
