Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support all production assembly business segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading work orders and standardized work to position and align parts in specified relationships, mounting assembly components, hardware or compounds, connecting, testing, and packing various assembled materials or products.

Responsibilities:
  • Assembly Operations: Read work orders and standardized work to position and align parts in specified relationships; mount assembly components, hardware or compounds; connect, test, and pack various assembled materials or products.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Oversee machines that press, shape, cut, and cure various assemblies; clean booths and paint controls at the end of run; clean pumps, hoses, nozzles, etc.
  • Daily Preventative Maintenance: Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks, as assigned, on the paint booth equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of assembly experience in a TS, AS, or ISO facility.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints; basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure); must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
