We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our Home Health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

This per-diem position offers a competitive salary range of $$37.48 - $59.32 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work as an independent contractor and provide quality care to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including medication management, wound care, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • 1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required for Home Health RN
