Job Title: Print Support Specialist

At Ricoh Americas Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Print Support Specialist to join our team. As a Print Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their RICOH managed devices are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RICOH managed devices, including printers and multi-functional devices.
  • Install and configure new devices, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are properly integrated into their network.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure devices are functioning correctly and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless device operation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
  • IT Help Desk Support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of application and hardware support.
  • Technical training and certifications, such as HP certifications, a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
