Leasing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Associate to join our team at RPM Living. As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Respond to phone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and adhere to company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
• Keep an updated availability report, process applications, and submit them for approval
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare for move-ins
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests
• Utilize marketing strategies to ensure traffic and achieve property objectives

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency
• Valid driver's license

This role is based on-site, primarily in an office setting, with occasional exposure to the elements.
