**Job Summary:**

As a Cook at Food City, you will be responsible for conducting prep work and cooking, operating standard kitchen equipment, and assisting customers with orders. You will also serve food to customers and assist in the cleaning of the department.

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
