Brow Waxing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brow Waxing Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our Brow Bar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing expert brow waxing and tinting services, and driving sales growth through personalized service and product recommendations.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable.
• Perform high-quality brow waxing and tinting services, adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell products to guests.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals, contributing to the success of the Brow Bar and the store as a whole.
• Collaborate with the Experience Manager to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or esthetics license preferred.
• Experience in brow waxing and tinting, as well as makeup application and skincare analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
