We are seeking a highly skilled Weatherization Auditor to join our team at Impact Community Action Partnership Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive residential home energy audits, supervising worksites, and ensuring compliance with state and federal program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Program Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of residential homes to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
- Program Inspections: Inspect homes to ensure compliance with weatherization program guidelines and standards.
- Contractor Support/Supervision: Supervise and support contractors working on weatherization projects to ensure high-quality work and timely completion.
- Maintains Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of program activities, including assessments, inspections, and contractor interactions.
- Program Participant Engagement: Engage with program participants to educate them on energy efficiency opportunities and provide support throughout the weatherization process.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Four years of demonstrated success in the construction field, with a strong background in construction and/or engineering.
- Certifications: Asbestos Inspector course completion required within one year of hire, Lead-Safe Renovation course completion required within sixty days of hire.
Impact Community Action Partnership Inc offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave time, and IPERS. The base pay for this position is $54,400.00 annually, with increases based on years of experience.
