Job Description:
Role Overview:
Are you prepared to become part of a vibrant and dedicated team of healthcare professionals? At Memorial Sloan Kettering, our team of over 900 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants is leading the way in cancer treatment. We are currently in search of a committed Advanced Practice Provider for our Inpatient Hospital Medicine team. In this role, you will have the distinct opportunity to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals battling cancer, assisting them throughout their post-acute hospitalization journey. You will provide expert consultations in collaboration with our team to support patients during their hospital stay. Your skills will be essential in addressing both the physical and emotional needs of our patients, working alongside our interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated oncological care. Additionally, you will support our triage APPs to facilitate patient flow as necessary. Join us in making a significant impact on the lives of our patients every day.

Key Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • NCCPA certification and BLS Certification
  • Active New York State license or eligibility for state licensure
  • Prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an APP required (oncology/medicine experience preferred)
OR
  • Current New York State RN and NP licenses/registrations
  • Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
  • Relevant National NP certification and BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an APP required (oncology/medicine experience preferred)

Additional Information:
Hours: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. No weekends or holidays required.
Location: New York, NY.
Pay Range: $144,000 - $182,000.
