Facilities Operations Specialist Needed

St. Andrew's Village is looking for a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have one year of maintenance experience and be able to perform routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles.
  • The specialist must also be able to fix wall and floor coverings, repair furniture and fixtures, perform basic plumbing work, minor electrical repairs, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • One year maintenance experience required.
  • Ability to be on call if needed.
  • General understanding of systems including: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance.
  • Possess OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations knowledge.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
