Job Summary:

As a Production Team Member at Jayco, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of our high-quality recreational vehicles. This is a first shift position, working Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of hand tools to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in a fast-paced and repetitive work environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Meet physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds, as needed.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Previous experience in construction or manufacturing is preferred, but not required. Jayco provides comprehensive training for the right candidate.
