Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to drive quality and patient safety
- Facilitate timely and effective resolutions of patient care issues
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes
- Abstract and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Present meaningful reports and analysis to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Nursing required
- Three years of experience in a hospital or outpatient clinical role
- One year of experience in a quality management and/or patient safety, risk management, decision support or similar information analysis role
- RN-Temp - Registered Nurse - Temporary State Licensure within 60 days
- CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) OR
- Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
Travel Requirements:
- May require travel within the Houston Metropolitan area
- May require travel outside Houston Metropolitan area
