Job Overview

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Set up machines for production, including cleaning, calibration, and ensuring safety features are working
  • Run machinery according to instructions, and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance, and troubleshoot issues that arise
  • Check parts and output for quality, and record any defects
  • Follow health and safety regulations, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

  • Machining experience and well-versed in print reading and using measuring equipment such as micrometer, dial bore, calipers, and optical gage equipment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience operating machinery
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of production and plant processes
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
