Nursing Team Coordinator Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare teams. A minimum of one year relevant nursing experience is required, along with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate patient care activities to ensure seamless transitions between departments
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address potential safety risks and concerns
* Develop and implement education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experiences

Requirements

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
* Minimum one year relevant nursing experience
* Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice
* Ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience

Salary Range

$95,000 - $125,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
