Job Title: CDL Truck Driver

We are seeking an experienced CDL truck driver to join our team at Principle Enterprises, a premier provider of water transfer services. As a CDL truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting water and other materials to various locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive daily orders and complete paperwork prior to loading and transporting your daily load.
  • Perform pre-trip safety inspections and drive to the pickup location.
  • Transport loads to specified locations and perform post-trip safety inspections.
  • Operate a mounted vacuum pump and lift a 35-pound hose from ground to chest height.
  • Stand for long periods of time each day, up to 10 hours.
  • Use a CB and 2-way radio in a professional manner.
  • Report any incidents to supervisor or safety team member immediately.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A or B CDL license with tanker endorsement.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical performed by a company-approved physician.
  • Possession of an up-to-date med card.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, as well as passing random drug and alcohol testing.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay - $27 per hour for day shift and $32 per hour for night shift.
  • Consistent 12-hour schedule - 5 days on, 2 days off.
  • Attractive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k with match, paid time off, and more.
