We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Wingerd Insurance Agency.


Compensation Package

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $60,000, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.


Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Making outbound calls to provided leads to qualify potential clients.
  2. Introduce products and services, identify customer needs, and set appointments or transfer qualified leads to our sales team.
  3. Record call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM data.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  1. Be teachable and have a go-getter attitude.
  2. Not require leads to purchase their own leads.
  3. Be able to obtain a P&C and L&H license within a specified timeframe.
