Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. This includes:
• Assessing and prioritizing patient needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Providing education and support to patients and families
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Participating in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure
• Two years of clinical nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree (preferred)
• Three years of clinical nursing experience (preferred)
Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We strive to provide fair and equitable wages based on individual circumstances. A Tufts Medicine Recruiter will work with each applicant to review their experience and calculate a fair wage.
