Position Summary

This role is essential for the upkeep and repair of grounds and facilities within the Brazos River Authority (BRA). Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness of facilities, performing grounds maintenance, maintaining road quality, and executing repairs on structures, buildings, and fences. The position also involves assisting with new construction projects on BRA property, landscaping, mowing, tree trimming, pipe repairs, and providing general maintenance services as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of facilities.
  • Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks.
  • Ensure quality road conditions are preserved.
  • Repair and maintain various structures and buildings.
  • Assist in new construction projects.
  • Provide general maintenance services as needed.
  • Act as a backup convenience station operator.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Class C Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Preferred: Class B Driver's License.

Compensation
