Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pediatric patients.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner to ensure patient safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- No experience required, but a strong desire to work in pediatric endoscopy is essential.
- Constant use of speech to share information through oral communication.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, reaching, and keyboard use/data entry.
